Chad PlumleyChadwick “Chad” Plumley is a native of Paulding County, Georgia. Chad graduated from the University of Florida in 1993 with a B.A. in History and received his law degree from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He graduated from law school cum laude in 1997, and served on the Mercer Law review for two years. He began his private law practice in 1999 in Dalton, Georgia and moved the practice back to his home town in 2000 where it has remained. |
Not only is Chad a private attorney, but he has also been the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Hiram since 2011. Prior to Municipal Court, Chad served as Magistrate Court Judge in Paulding County from 2003 to 2010. He is also a member and past president of the Paulding County Bar Association as well as a member of both the Tennessee Bar and Georgia Bar.
Chad has been very involved with the community participating with numerous civic and local groups including the Rotary Club of Paulding County, Boy’s and Girls Club, Boy Scouts and Paulding County Chamber of Commerce. He is a current member of the Georgia Trail Lawyers Association (GTLA).
Chad specializes in the areas of Personal Injury, Family Law, Probate, as well as Wills Trusts and Estates.
Chad is married to Felicia Foster Plumley. They have two children Preston and Marion. Preston is a student at the University of Florida, following in his father’s footsteps, and Marion is a senior at a local high school.
